Vendor Pass includes:
12' x 12' vendor space for two days at the festival. Table and chairs are not included. The space will be monitored at night so you may leave your table, canopy and chairs if you choose. Vendors are encouraged to take anything of value with them upon closing of the festival each night. Spalding will offer a locked and guarded area in the adjacent Republic Bank Academic Center to house additional vendor materials. Spalding will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items.
Sponsorship Package includes:
Name and logo on all event materials, branded signage at the entrance of the park, promotion on all social media outlets and e-newsletter.
Silent Auction Donation:
If you would like to promote your business, highlight your wares or flaunt your homemade headbands then donate to our silent auction! All donations are tax deductible and we won't even make you lift a finger. Please provide your billing address in the required field and we will swing by and pick up your generous donation.
