The African American Studies program at Spalding University is hosting the 5th Annual Elmer Lucille Allen Conference on African American Studies on February 23-24th, 2023. We are inviting local business owners, grassroots organizations, and programs focused on the upliftment of Black people to purchase sponsorships for this year’s Conference.
We anticipate over 100 virtual and in-person attendees, along with dozens of presenters, to attend the conference this year. Our Conference Program, which all attendees - virtual or in-person - will receive, will feature advertisements encouraging our guests to patronize your business, services, or programming. Advertisements may be purchased by the Whole Page ($100), Half Page ($50), or Quarter Page ($25).

* Although sponsorship ads are not tax deductible, additional gifts to Spalding University in support of the conference are considered tax deductible. You will be sent a tax acknowledgement for any gifts made in addition to your sponsorship payment.
